1. What is your coverage area and are there additional charges for locations further away?
We offer free coverage within a 20-mile radius from CW7. For locations slightly beyond this area, there will be an additional charge per extra mile.
2. Do I need to remove my personal items before a valet?
To ensure we complete your valet within the allocated time, please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle beforehand.
3. What is the ozone machine used for?
The ozone machine is a professional-grade odor elimination device. It effectively eradicates various types of microorganisms upon treatment. Utilising this cleaning method ensures your vehicle emits a fresh, new car scent, free from unwanted odors.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both cash and card payments.
5. Do I need to supply power for the service?
If a power supply is not available, don't worry—we have our own power supply on the van.
6. Do I need to supply water for this service?
If water is not available, we can provide our own water supply from the van.
7. Are you fully insured?
Yes, we are fully insured to provide car valeting services.
